Overlooking the Charles River, Boston Back Bay, downtown Boston, and Fenway Park, Phi Beta Epsilon stands in the hotspot of the MIT campus, which means you are never far away from anything!

Need to finish up that P-Set or study with others? We are right between Baker House and Burton Connor on Amherst Alley. Need to workout? We’re right next to the DuPont tennis courts, Jack Barry Astroturf, and not to mention two minutes away from the Z-Center. Late to class? No worries, it takes just two minutes to walk to 77 Mass. Ave.
Within the five floors of Phi Beta Epsilon, you’ll discover a house of great diverse culture, awesome amenities, and all in all, fun and relaxation to do whatever you want. Each room in Phi Beta Epsilon comes furnished with beds, mattresses, desks, dressers, and closets. There are wired and wireless internet and shower and bathroom facilities available on every floor of the house.

-parking lot
-laundry facilities
-fully-equipped kitchen/dining room
-meals provided 3x a day by our renowned chef Beverly Collet during the school year
-music studio with a Steinway grand piano
-two complete sets of DJ turn tables
-bar and lounge area with a beautiful antique pool table and plasma TV
-Spiker entertainment room for our HDTV projector with 120” screen with Satellite TV and OnDemand
-Study room and library
By far PBE’s signature floor is our roofdeck, which is renowned for throwing the best open parties with the most signature DJs on campus. It’s the spot all year round--whether to get a tan, throw a barbeque, host a party, or just marvel at the views all around.
