Within the five floors of Phi Beta Epsilon, you'll discover a house of fun and relaxation, awesome amenities, and all in all, great space to do whatever you want.

Each room in Phi Beta Epsilon comes furnished, and there are bathroom facilities on every floor. We have a mix of triples and singles, so it's easy to find a room that fits your style.

Besides the individual rooms, we have:

PBE's signature floor is our roofdeck, renowned for its stellar environment and breathtaking views.

Although our house is awesome now, there's always room for improvement. With the support of hundreds of Phi Beta Epsilon alumni, we are about to undertake a massive renovation to make our house even better. Upon completion, "Old 400" will be one of the most beautiful and innovative living spaces at MIT. Check out our plans below.
